On October 13, 2005, Today's Destiny, Inc. ("Debtor") filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Debtor was in the business of selling "predictive dialing equipment" to dentists and chiropractors ("Customers"). "Predictive dialing equipment" is designed to increase the efficiency of telemarketers by connecting marketing agents only to "live" persons rather than unanswered...
