I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Timothy Richardson ("Richardson"), initiated this job discrimination case under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") on November 6, 2007, against Defendant, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC ("HMA").
