Luis Gonzalez Sanchez Jr.1 was standing by a vehicle in the driveway of the house of Omar Silvar when police officers arrived to execute a search warrant for the house. An officer ordered him to get down, but he fled. He was quickly apprehended, and a search of his person yielded incriminating evidence.
