Plaintiffs-Appellants Kathy Richmond and Abdulrahman Zeitoun appeal the trial court's granting of Defendants-Appellees' exceptions of no cause of action and denying Appellants' motion to compel discovery. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
