In March 1996, Mesaba Aviation, Inc. ("Mesaba"), a regional airline, and subsidiaries of Swedish airplane manufacturer Saab AB1 executed a document entitled, "Term Sheet Proposal for the Acquisition of Saab 340 Aircraft by Mesaba Aviation, Inc."
