Facing expedited removal from the United States as an alien convicted of committing an aggravated felony, Prince Henry Eke filed this petition for review from the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA" or Board) rejecting his request for withholding of removal. Initially, the Board argued before this court that we lacked jurisdiction to consider Eke's arguments. After oral argument, however, the Attorney General withdrew that argument...
