On September 11, 2007, the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff, awarding no compensatory damages, but awarding punitive damages in the amount of $500.00. (Docket No. 49) The jury found that the plaintiff was subjected to an adverse employment action because "his working conditions were unreasonable inferior to the norm for his position". Id.
