In May of 2005, S.D.O., a juvenile, was charged in the Adair District Court, Juvenile Division, with terroristic threatening in the second degree. S.D.O. denied the charges and proceeded to an adjudication hearing. On November 30, 2005, after hearing the evidence, the district court found S.D.O. guilty of terroristic threatening in the second degree.
