This appeal involves the determination by a jury that G.Z. Stone and W.D. Wolf adversely possessed approximately 16 acres and 3 acres, respectively, of land claimed under title by Kathleen Moore. Various theories of adverse possession were submitted to the jury: possession by both Stone and Wolf for the statutory periods of 3, 5, 10, and 25 years, and possession by acquiescence...
