The State of Arkansas brings an interlocutory appeal under Ark. R.Crim. P. 3 seeking review of a decision of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Juvenile Division, suppressing S.G.'s custodial statement. We hold that the appeal fails to comply with Rule 3. The State's interlocutory appeal is dismissed. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(b)(1).
