¶ 1. On January 30, 2007, Antonio Page was convicted in the Forrest County Circuit Court of the murder of his sister, Cynthia Page. He was sentenced, as a habitual offender, to life in prison without the benefit or possibility of parole. Page appeals, arguing that he was denied effective assistance of counsel.
