The appellant, Johnathan Long, appeals from the circuit court's denial of his petition for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., in which he attacked his September 2003 guilty-plea convictions for kidnapping in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, and robbery in the first degree, and his resulting sentences of 20 years' imprisonment for each conviction, to be served concurrently.
