SMITH, Circuit Judge.

John F. Barker sued the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) alleging that it violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by retaliating against him for aiding a co-worker to report sexual harassment. The district court2 granted summary judgment for the MDOC, holding that Barker did not engage in a protected activity. We affirm.
