On 21 June 2006, a jury found Anthony Ware (defendant) guilty of two counts of Statutory Sex Offense of a Person who is Fifteen Years Old and two counts of Incest. On 26 June 2006, the trial court entered judgment against defendant and sentenced him to a term of 336-413 months' imprisonment on the two counts of Statutory Sex Offense, to run consecutively, and two terms of twenty-one to twenty-six months on the two counts of Incest, to run consecutively...
