Plaintiffs, Lisa Cole, Raymond Cole, and Jerry Cole, appeal the damage and expert witness fee awards in a judgment rendered in their favor pursuant to a bench trial. For the following reasons, we find the trial court's awards for special damages to be manifestly erroneous and that the trial court clearly abused its discretion in its award of general damages and the setting of the expert witness fee in this matter.
