OPINION

CLAY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Jonathan Patrick Rose appeals his conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for selling a firearm to a known felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(d)(1) and 924(a)(2), and possessing an unregistered silencer in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM Rose's conviction.
