On October 14, 2005 (the "Petition Date"), the husband and wife debtors, Austin David Seitz ("Austin") and Cherie Ann Seitz (together, the "Debtors"), commenced the above-referenced main bankruptcy case (the "Main Case") by filing a joint petition [Main Case Docket # 1] for relief pursuant to chapter 7 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"1
