Charles Ruffing, a Boise firefighter, sued the Ada County Paramedics and one of its employees, Barbara McPherson, after he sustained an injury while on duty. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants. Ruffing appeals, arguing the district court erred in several respects.
