BECO Construction filed suit against J-U-B Engineers, claiming that J-U-B had delayed BECO's work on a construction project, thereby subjecting it to liability for liquidated damages. The district court dismissed BECO's complaint on summary judgment and awarded attorney fees to J-U-B.
