Both parties appeal the judgment in this suit that arose from Kyle Allen's efforts to avoid foreclosure of a property tax lien. We overrule both parties' challenges to the judgment on Allen's breach of contract claim and sustain in part Allen's challenge to the summary judgment on his claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
