Defendants Standard Chartered Bank ("Standard Chartered") and Bank of America Corporation and Bank of America, N.A.1 (collectively "BOA") (all, collectively, "Defendants") move pursuant to Rules 12(b)(6) and 9(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismiss the complaint filed by 94 individual plaintiffs
