Defendant Paul Emmett Fazande pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine or 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court sentenced him to 240 months of imprisonment and ten years of supervised release.
