¶ 1 We reiterate here that former RCW 4.96.020 (2001) does not apply to claims against individual government employees. Because the Court of Appeals misread our opinion in Bosteder v. City of Renton, 155 Wn.2d 18, 117 P.3d 316 (2005), we grant review, reverse, and remand to the Court of Appeals for consideration of the other issues raised on appeal.
