PER CURIAM:

After a remand for resentencing pursuant to United States v. Crosby, 397 F.3d 103 (2d Cir.2005), the district judge (Jed S. Rakoff, Judge) gave an oral explanation that adequately explained the below-Guidelines sentence imposed, but the court did not include a written statement of reasons for the sentence in the written order of judgment as required by 18 U.S.C. § 3553(c)(2).1
