Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by deleting the provision thereof directing the wife to pay the husband a distributive award in the sum of $8,497,697; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
