¶ 1 JS appeals his involuntary civil commitment under chapter 71.05 RCW. He argues that (1) the trial court unconstitutionally denied his requests for a new attorney and to represent himself at his 90-day involuntary treatment hearing; (2) the State's petition did not provide adequate notice and, thus, violated his procedural due process rights; and (3) the evidence was insufficient to support the trial court's finding that he was "gravely disabled"...
