Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof granting the cross motion of the defendants Brooklyn LLC and Millennium Abstract Corp. for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, deeming Brooklyn LLC the owner of the subject property, and cancelling the notice of pendency, and substituting therefor a provision denying the cross motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable...
