{¶ 1} This accelerated appeal is from the March 20, 2007 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which disqualified attorney Joanne E. Horen from acting as legal counsel for appellants, Glen S. Horen and Joanne E. Horen, individually and as next friend of their minor daughter, DeLaney.
