¶ 1 Appellant, James Dwight Pavatt, was tried by jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-2001-6189, for the crimes of First Degree Murder (21 O.S.2001, § 701.7) (Count 1) and Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder (21 O.S.2001, § 421) (Count 2).
