Plaintiff, an employee of subcontractor LP General Contracting LP, brought this Labor Law action against defendants Ry Management, the manager of an apartment complex at 2475 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx, and Keith Plaza, the owner of the premises (collectively, the owners), for injuries he allegedly sustained when he slipped and fell on a sandwich wrapper and/or wet tar on the roof of the premises.
