{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jermaine Johnson, was convicted of one count of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery. All three counts carried firearm specifications. The trial court sentenced Johnson to nine years in prison for the aggravated robbery and to three years for each of the robbery convictions.
