¶ 1 In this wrongful death action, appellant Damian Aranda challenges the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees Diego Cardenas, Jogeswar Rath, and Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center ("Mt.Graham"). He argues the trial court erred by applying the wrong legal standard for determining paternity in wrongful death cases and imposing the burden of proof on Aranda.
