After conducting a suitable inquiry and providing defendant with a full opportunity to be heard, both in writing and orally, the court properly denied his motion to withdraw his guilty plea (see People v Frederick, 45 N.Y.2d 520 [1978]). The court properly rejected defendant's baseless claims of innocence and coercion.
