Terry Lee Presley brings us two appeals, which we have consolidated. In the first one he appeals the revocation of his supervised release. He contends that under 18 U.S.C. § 3583(i) the district court lacked jurisdiction to revoke his release after the term of it was over, because the allegations behind the warrant and the summons that were issued to begin the revocation proceeding were not sworn.
