The respondent, Joan M. Wight, appeals an order of the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) denying her motion to dismiss and finding that the petitioners, Dean LeBaron and Marilyn Pitchford, Trustees of the Dean LeBaron Trust — 1998, and Barbara Oldman, maintain a right of first refusal to the respondent's property. We reverse.
