DeDe Engel brought claims against the Rapid City School District ("RCSD") alleging sex discrimination under both Title VII and South Dakota law, based on a hostile work environment created by a co-worker's sexual harassment. She also brought a constructive discharge claim under Title VII, and state-law claims alleging negligent hiring, supervision, and retention of the co-worker, and negligent or intentional infliction of emotional distress...
