OPINION

McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Brian K. Miller challenges the trial court's order awarding restitution to Safeco Insurance Company (Safeco). We reverse.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 On October 31, 2003, Miller drove his vehicle through a red light and broadsided the vehicle of Sharane Haymond, who was attempting a left turn in the intersection. The collision severely injured Ms. Haymond and killed her seven-year-old daughter, Karlee Haymond...
