Appellants Jose A. Jimenez, Juan Contreras, Jose A. Morales, and Benito Villarreal were convicted on numerous counts for their involvement in a drug trafficking ring. They appeal their convictions and sentences, alleging numerous grounds of error at trial and sentencing. We vacate the sentences of Jimenez, Morales, and Villarreal and remand for resentencing in accordance with United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220...
