Three appellants seek to represent a class of uninsured patients who received treatment from Appellee Ochsner Clinic Foundation ("Ochsner") during a period of at least ten years. The district court denied class certification. Finding no reversible error of fact or law in the court's careful and thorough consideration of this case, we affirm. See Maldonado v.
