Donville James was convicted of attempting to possess with intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 846, carrying a firearm during and in relation to and in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, see 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), and counterfeiting obligations of the United States, see 18 U.S.C. § 472.
