William C. Pugh was admitted to the practice of law in Minnesota on October 28, 1988. On July 25, 1997, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility filed a petition for disciplinary action seeking to have Pugh disbarred based on Pugh's misappropriation of over $1 million from a real estate closing company he owned.
