This case arises from a complaint filed by plaintiff, Joann Melena, alleging that her employer, defendant Anheuser-Busch, Inc., terminated her employment in retaliation for her filing of a workers' compensation claim with the Illinois Industrial Commission. The circuit court of Jefferson County denied Anheuser-Busch's motion to dismiss and compel arbitration or, in the alternative, to stay the proceedings...
