¶ 1 This is a special-action review of an Industrial Commission of Arizona ("Commission") award and decision upon review finding that Jose Luis Gonzalez Gamez (also known as Mario G. Lopez) is medically stationary with no permanent impairment. Gamez's issue is whether the award of the administrative law judge ("ALJ") is reasonably supported by the evidence.
