¶ 1 Richard Lloyd Anderson was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the First Degree, in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7(A), in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-2003-3372. In accordance with the jury's recommendation the Honorable Rebecca Brett Nightingale sentenced Anderson to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
