The Appellant, Dorsey Ainsworth, signed a plea agreement on June 26, 2001, admitting to charges of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Union County Circuit Court accepted the plea agreement, sentenced him to five years probation for each count, fined him $2,000 on the conspiracy count, imposed court costs of $150, and sentenced him to eighty hours of community service. Apparently, no judgment...
