The defendant, Damon Fagan, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of criminal violation of a protective order in violation of General Statutes § 53a-223,1 one count of reckless driving in violation of General Statutes § 14-222,2 and one count of attempt to escape or elude a police officer in violation of General Statutes § 14-223(b),
