The plaintiff, Jeffery Funderburk, appeals the workers' compensation judge's finding that he has reached maximum medical improvement and is no longer entitled to indemnity or medical benefits stemming from his work-related injury. The defendant, Nabors Drilling USA, Inc., also appeals the workers' compensation judge's award of indemnity benefits. We reverse in part finding him still temporarily, totally disabled and entitled to further medical treatment...
