¶ 1. Twenty years ago a timber company brought suit for reimbursement of the price it paid for a warranty timber deed on land in which the grantor did not have the right to sell the timber. The owners of all the interests in the land were joined. An interim decree was entered in 1995 allowing the sale of some of the timber. From the proceeds, repayment of the original consideration for the timber and part of the accumulated interest...
