OPINION BY HUDOCK, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following Appellant's conviction on drug-related charges. We affirm.

¶ 2 Appellant was charged with making three separate sales of heroin to a confidential informant. The transactions took place on December 29, 2003, January 3, 2004, and January 6, 2004.
