¶ 1. Jeremy Wendell Isom (Isom) was indicted in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi for burglary of a dwelling. Following a jury trial, Isom was convicted of burglary of a dwelling house and sentenced to serve a term of twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with five years suspended and twenty years to serve.
